Reviews about the game
I'm so glad I played the whole story campaign back in 2021. Without any need of installing Epic, or being constantly online while playing singleplayer mode. It's a nice RTS. Nothing special, but nice. Just buy it on GOG or somewhere.
Buyers beware It used to be a good game for what it was, now it forces Epic onto your computer, installs it in the backround and harvests your data. For those of us who never want to install epic, it is literally became unplayable, and so did it for those that got banned from epic, as without it buttons such as "start game" and "options" are disabled. They are disabled when you block EOS as well. Unless they remove Epic, this game is NOT recommended to buy.
Now install epic without asking while not needed before to me that malware (for anyone wondering starting the game and uninstalling it asap still allow it to work)
Great prequel to a fantastic game series. Highly recommended.
Not interested in having spyware on my PC. There's absolutely zero reason for this in this type of game.
I love this game. Cinematics, atmosphere, soundtrack, voice acting... the whole package. I tend to install and finish the campaign at least once a year. However, I hate it when a publisher shoves a DRM down my throat 7 years after the games release. I hate Epic Games and anything it brings with it. My review will stay like this unless you remove Epic Online Services.
