One late Halloween night, a mage known by the name of Saref was awakened by some rustling noises in his room. When he opened his eyes, he saw an ugly little devil stealing a magic stone from the table. Saref tried to catch the thief and save the crystal but suddenly looked out the window and saw terrible things… Everything was burning, seething; the fearful monsters, which until recently were the festive decorations, roamed the streets and swept everything out of their paths... People ran in horror to hide in their homes and board up all windows and doors. Chaos and destruction flourished in the town. The dark forces broke free and turned everything upside down. Now Saref must win his magic stone back and overcome the minions of evil before this magic night ends. But the monstrous creatures and demons on your path won’t surrender that easy…
Reviews about the game
Controlling the character is like driving a boat on a icy road. Also the music is terrible, it is elevator music. The game looks good but the ambiance of it presents such a great disconnect. I only paid $2.99 but I still asked for a refund.
This game like action/RPG game, but more adventure and less RPG. There isn't the crowds of enemies which you must clicking on speed and no ahead walkthrough. But there is a world that you have to explore slowly and to discover its secrets. P.S. But camera and controls need to improve.
I like top-down hack and slash games with many, many hours in Titan Quest, Grim Dawn, Van Helsing, and Diablo III. The graphics are fine enough. I like the environment (at least as far as I went). The map is easy to use. Stamina and mana apply to different actions, which is fine, but the mana ability feels far superior at the start of the game, so it's a big of a bummer when you're drained. What I led me to quit and find something else to play was that camera. It's awful. Beyond awful. And HP doesn't appear to regenerate except at HP fountains, so yeah, that's a major drag. I don't want to have to keep backtracking to get HP back. Bummer.
It's an excellent game. Lots of chests and enemies to kill. I'm having a blast!
A fun little hack-and-slash, colorful and festive. Wish I could change the key bindings, not the most comfortable arrangement for left-handed players.
I bought this game and then immediately ask for a refund because it look good but upon playing i got very annoyed immediately at the mouse/camera control hard to focus i think you should def. change that
